If you're not quite ready to have us walk you through the process, and prefer to read a bit more about catering in general, we've prepared a page for you. Much of this information gets discussed in-person when folks choose to work with us, but this is made available so you can go at your own pace. Please reach out if you do have questions regarding how we do it, or the 'CTK WAY'.

This online planner asks the important questions to get you started, you're welcome to try it.

Is your event one that would benefit from self service, some service or full service? Does your venue have a kitchen or area to stage the food or no? Answers to these questions will help determine the right service type fit for your event.

We're well versed and able to supply food for a variety of events with a variety of service types. Getting  you the food the right way to keep you event food service on time is important to us.

Where the amazing food will be served

First, where your food is served only matters contractually if you're not picking it up. So, if you're picking it up, there isn't much else on this point for you.

The other options really boil down to two categories, our location or your location.
